1. GOALS:

1.1. SPIRITUAL:

  • Promote the spiritual growth of the members.

  • Elevate the level of doctrinal knowledge of the members.

  • Establish the groups of Marysville and Santa Cruz.

  • Increase the actual membership by 16%, that is, plus 32 members.

  • Prepare and baptize, at least, 10 Young People.

  • Organize and prepare, at least, two choirs.

1.2. MATERIAL:

Start to build the Whispering Pines Elementary School.
Maintain a zero deficit in the annual budget of the Field and departments.

2. METHODS:

2.01. Realization of monthly doctrinal seminars for the members and interested people.

  • September: "Family Reform."

  • October: "Educational Reform."

  • November: "Sabbath Reform."

  • 2.02. Realization of a Spiritual Convention:
    July: "Revival and Reformation under the ministration of the Holy Spirit".

    2.03. Realization of a Youth Convention.
    April: "Youth Committed with Jesus."

    2.04. Annual Bible Reading Plan. (See it on pages 19 thru 24)

    2.05. Elaboration of a monthly preacher’s schedule for the interchange of preachers among churches and groups.

    2.06. Visits every other Sabbath in Marysville and Santa Cruz by the pastors and bible workers.

    2.07. Special Week of Prayer and Health Classes in Marysville and Santa Cruz.

    2.08. Evangelistic Conference in Marysville and Santa Cruz

    2.09. Maintenance of 70 families, in an average, who shall receive weekly studies by the pastors, bible workers, and an average of 30 families by the lay members.

    2.10. Complete support to the Youth, Educational and Publishing Programs.

    2.11. Visiting program to the young people in order to prepare them for the baptism.

    2.12. Performance of four baptisms.

    3. RESOURCES:

    3.1. HUMAN: WORK PROGRAM

    3.1.1. JORAI PEREIRA DA CRUZ: PASTOR/PRESIDENT

  • Train the missionary students, bible workers and members to do missionary work.

  • Teach at the Missionary School on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

  • Accompany the bible workers in their visits and bible studies.

  • Give pastoral assistance to the members of the Sacramento, Moriah Heights, Spanish Churches and isolated areas.

  • Visit and study with the young people to prepare them for the baptism.

  • Visit and study with 7 families weekly among interested persons, besides of the visits to the members.


  • 3.1.2. RADDA VUKOVICH: SECRETARY AND AUDITOR

  • Attend at the secretary office from Monday to Friday.

  • Audit the treasury of the churches and groups

  • Organize and promote stewardship programs for the Field.

  • Visited and study with 3 families weekly among interested persons of the Field.

  • 3.1.3. HENRY PORTALANZA: FIELD TREASURER

  • Attend at the treasury office from Monday to Friday.

  • Perform the treasury and accounting of the Field and departments.

  • Teach at the Whispering Pines Elementary School from Monday to Friday.

  • 3.1.4. FRANK DEVAI: EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT SECRETARY

  • Teach at the Missionary School from Monday to Friday.

  • Teach at the Whispering Pines E. School three times a week.

  • Organize and promote educational programs for the churches and groups of the field.

  • 3.1.5. WILSON SIMOES DE BARROS: PRINCIPAL OF THE WHISPERING PINES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

  • Teach at the Whispering Pines E. School from Monday to Friday.

  • Attend the teachers, students and parents at the Whispering Pines E. School from Monday to Friday.

  • Visit and study with 3 families weekly among the parents of the Whispering Pines E. School.

  • 3.1.6. RUBENS J. ARAUJO:PUBLISHING DEPARTMENT SECRETARY

  • Teach at the Missionary School from Monday to Friday.

  • Attend at the NPA office from Monday to Friday.

  • Visit and study with 2 families weekly among interested persons of the Field.

  • 3.1.7. BENJAMIN COCIS: FULL-TIME PASTOR

  • Train the Romanian members to do missionary work.

  • Accompany the members in their visits and bible studies.

  • Visit and study with 15 families weekly among interested persons of the Romanian Community, besides of the visits to the members.

  • Give pastoral assistance to the Romanian members.

  • 3.1.8. FRANCISCO DEVAI: PART-TIME PASTOR

  • Train the members of Loomis to do missionary work.

  • Accompany the members in their visits and bible studies.

  • Visit and study with 5 families weekly among interested persons, besides of the visits to the members.

  • Give pastoral assistance to the members of Loomis.

  • 3.1.09. CHONG KYU CHANG: PART-TIME PASTOR

  • Train the Korean members to do missionary work.

  • Accompany the members in their visits and bible studies.

  • Visit and study with 5 families weekly among interested persons of the Korean Community, besides of the visits to the Korean members.

  • Give pastoral assistance to the Korean members.

  • 3.1.10. CLEMENS HOWARD: FULL-TIME BIBLE WORKER

  • Train the isolated members to do missionary work.

  • Organize and promote evangelistic conferences in Marysville, as well as in other areas of the Field.

  • Visit and study with 15 families weekly among interested persons of Marysville and in other areas of the Field, besides of the visits to the isolated members.

  • 3.1.11. ROLANDO PORTALANZA: PART-TIME BIBLE WORKER

  • Train the Spanish members to do missionary work.

  • Accompany the members in their missionary visits.

  • Visit and study with 8 families weekly among interested persons of the Spanish Community, besides of the visits to the Spanish members.

  • 3.1.12. VICTOR LOPEZ: PART-TIME BIBLE WORKER

  • Study at the Missionary School from Monday to Friday.

  • Train the Spanish members to do missionary work.

  • Accompany of the members in their missionary visits.

  • Visit and study with 7 families weekly among interested persons of the Spanish Community, besides of the visits to the Spanish members.
