First Sabbath Offering for a church in Guarenas-Guatire (Venezuela)

The work of Reformation came to Venezuela in 1938. At that time a mission was started with 15 souls eager to spread the present truth in this South American country. By the grace of God this small group of brethren and sisters were able to overcome great hardships and on August 21, 1954, they were organized as a field.

Today the Venezuelan Field is one of the strongest in the Andean region. The work has spread from the capital of Caracas to many cities around the country. Colporteurs are actively spreading the third angel’s message in this highly Catholic country.

A property has been purchased to be used as the meeting place for the believers in the cities of Guarenas and Guatire. This chapel will be a lighthouse to all in that part of Venezuela. The central location of this chapel will make it an ideal place from which to spread the message throughout that region.
